Convocatoria de Holanda (Sept '10)

Coach Bert van Marwijk has announced his 23-man squad for the upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers against San Marino and Finland. Oranje start their qualifying campaign with an away match against San Marino on 3 September and host Finland four days later.

Van Marwijk has made the decision to leave Bayern Munich defender Edson Braafheid and Liverpool forward Ryan Babel out of his squad. The Dutch gaffer is not satisfied with the amount of playing time both players get at club level.

Andre Ooijer, Stijn Schaars and Sander Boschker have also been dropped from the squad that made it to the final at the 2010 World Cup, while Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben is unavailable due to injury.

Theo Janssen, Vurnon Anita, Erik Pieters, Piet Velthuizen, Ron Vlaar, Hedwiges Maduro and Jeremain Lens are all new in Holland's roster compared to the World Cup.

John Heitinga will miss the match against San Marino due to a one-match ban following his red card against Spain in the 2010 World Cup final, but has still been included.
